General Information
ARTWORK
Pricing is based on the required artwork. Costs will be provided for approval before proceeding. Electronic art is accepted in the following formats: PC format using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Photoshop. Files must be in EPS, CDR, PDF, or AI formats.
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation fee of $75.00 (net) applies, plus any incurred charges.
CHANGE OF COPY
Changes are limited to a maximum of 2 lines. A fee of $30.00(G) per change will apply.
FOIL COLOUR CHANGE
A minimum order of 100 tags per foil colour is required. A $20.00(G) fee applies for each colour change.
GROUPINGS
Orders, items, and/or materials cannot be combined to qualify for quantity pricing.
HANDLING FEE
A $10.00 (net) charge per package will apply for customers using their own shipping accounts.
IMPRINT
Pricing includes one-color foil printing or blind stamping (branding). Each additional color or imprint adds $0.30(G) per tag, plus a setup fee.
IMPRINT COLORS
Available imprint colors include gold, silver, red, blue, green, black, and white. Additional colors are available upon request.
LACQUERING
A fee of $0.20(G) per tag side applies for lacquering.
LEATHER
Due to the natural characteristics of leather, uniform thickness, imprint consistency, and back color cannot be guaranteed.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Orders below the minimum of 50 units incur a $100.00(G) fee, plus setup charges. Absolute minimum quantity is 50 units. For domed, metal tags, and metal coasters, the minimums are as specified.
NO IMPRINT
Orders without imprint are sold in end quantities, except for metal and acrylic domes.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
Over or under runs may vary by up to 5%. Billing will be adjusted accordingly.
PACKAGING
Products are bulk packed unless otherwise specified in the product description.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
A pre-production sample is available for $100.00(G), plus material costs, dies, shipping, and other related charges.
PRINTING DIES
The first printing die is provided at no charge. Additional dies are $60.00(G) each, plus a $40.00(G) setup fee per die.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 15-20 working days from the approval of artwork. For domes and metals, production requires 4-6 weeks from the approval of artwork.
RETURNED GOODS/CLAIMS
Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims made after 30 days will not be honored.
RINGS
Standard options include 1 1/4″ or 7/8″ chrome or brass rings. Please specify your preference.
RANDOM OR BLANK SAMPLES
Random or blank samples cannot be returned. End quantity pricing applies.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via our courier service and insured. If shipped via a different courier, responsibility for the merchandise transfers to the customer once it leaves our factory.
SURCHARGE
Invoices paid within 15 days of the invoice date are exempt from surcharges. Payments made by Visa or MasterCard after 15 days will incur a 3% surcharge.
TRADEMARKS
All submitted content, including text and logos, is used as provided and is assumed to comply with all applicable trademark, privacy, copyright, and patent laws. Logos and designs are used strictly for imprinting purposes and do not imply product endorsement by Vista.
